Thank you for consigning with us. We appreciate your business and will do everything we can to accommodate you. We will provide an inviting, clean environment, providing the best service and market to you, the consignor, for the sale of your clothing.

Renewed Expressions determines the selling price according to brand, quality, demand, and appearance. Please advise us if there is any item in which you would be disappointed if the selling price fell below your expectations.

To serve you and our resale customer the best, please call ahead for an appointment and we ask that all articles be newer than 2 years, clean, pressed, on hangers, and free from strong odors (perfume, smoke, moth-balls, etc.). Remember, good-looking clothing sells for you and makes the store a delight to shop in. We will return hangers to you upon consignment. We accept only clothing deemed saleable by Renewed Expressions and we reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason. Our goal is to make the store classy – so you the consignor can receive full value on your items. We are not a thrift store.

Although we take every precaution to protect your items, Renewed Expressions is not responsible for losses due to handling, theft, fire, flood, or accidental damage.

Renewed Expressions reserves the right to remove and discard any garment that is torn, stained, or damaged without notifying the consignor.

Terms

Items remain at full price for the 60-day consignment period. We reserve the right to reduce any item up to 20% for promotional events.

Expired items become the property of Renewed Expressions and may be donated to local charities.

Please call for an appointment so that we can plan for your items. If you come in without an appointment we will do our best to get to you as soon as possible, but please be patient.

A handling fee is added to each item that is not reflected in the consignment payment.

Payment

Consignor proceeds are 40% of the selling price. Commission payments may be used as in-store credit at any time. Payouts up to $30.00 may be picked up anytime. If you would like us to mail you a check, simply call after your clothing expiration date. Checks will be mailed the following Monday. A $1.00 check fee will be deducted from your payment.

I have read the above contract and agree to the terms. I warrant that I am the owner or otherwise am legally entitled to sell the items and that all information given about the items is true to the best of my knowledge.
